This fall marked a defining moment for New Mind. After spending much of the year reimagining our long-term direction, Fall 2025 became the season where ideas turned into action.
What emerged was a clear message: we are moving from vision to implementation, and our momentum is real.
Expanding Access
Our new partnership with Utica will provide Vietnamese students from Van Lang University with a guaranteed nursing position after graduation—an exceptional pathway made possible through Utica’s strong hospital network.
Special thanks to Jayantanuj Das for sparking this connection.
Our launch of Global Academy Guilford program in China and Vietnam is a defining milestone. As we promoted Guilford in Vietnam, we learned that the Early College model is new to families, but sorely needed by those who wish to save time and money for their education!
Our Vietnam-hosted events with UNCW, Elon, and UNCG generated exceptional energy and engagement. North Carolina schools have long been left out of the spotlight in the global stage for study abroad, but now many agents and families can see the incredible affordability, academic opportunities, and post-graduate career outcomes that the Tar Heel state has to offer.
Strengthening Relationships
- Indian Agencies including IDP, i20 Fever, IAEC, Campus Call, and Azent expressed renewed trust and collaboration with us throughout the year despite tighter visa restrictions.
- The UNCW–India partnership strengthened significantly, powered by improved communication, better coordination, and helpful recruitment assets. Result: zero dropouts among recruited students.
As part of our engagement in Vietnam, U.S. and India team members were on the ground to solidify partnerships with Van Lang University and represent U.S. partner colleges, while our Vietnam-based team members, Ty and Andrea, represented us at the university’s 5-year anniversary celebration in Ho Chi Minh City.
These partnerships signal a major step forward for 2026: clear, innovative, employment-aligned pathways for students across multiple regions.
Delivering High-Impact Student Experiences
Our progress this season wasn’t limited to partnerships; it directly showed up in student success.
The recent IPP cohort earned an outstanding 3.42 GPA average, demonstrating strong academic readiness and support systems. Students benefited from high-quality field trips and experiential learning activities!
UPP students blossomed as many enrolled in our UPP+, repeating again from last year and deepening relationships with their advisors.
We delivered an online pre-arrival and onboarding workshop for 11 incoming students for Global Academy | Guilford College, receiving excellent feedback from agents. Just this morning, staff is picking up students from the airport and getting them settled into their dorms. It’s incredible to see everything coming together, and to witness the excited faces of these brave high schoolers as they fill our first cohort!
Moving with Momentum in 2026
As we look back on Fall 2025, one thing is clear: this was the season where our vision began moving into reality. Every relationship strengthened reflects our readiness for the next stage of growth.
We are entering 2026 with momentum, clarity, and the confidence that comes from measurable progress. The foundation is now in place as our programs launched, trust was established, and opportunities expanded.
Now, we accelerate. 2026 will be a year of building, scaling, and delivering on what we set in motion this fall. And the work we’ve done together over the past months has positioned us to lead with purpose, vision, and renewed commitment to expanding global access for students everywhere.
